About Me
My journey from software engineering to AI
My career started in software engineering - building full-stack applications in pharmaceuticals and enterprise software, where I spent over five years delivering solutions with .NET, Angular, and Vue. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the potential of data and machine learning.
That curiosity led me into the world of AI - first in digital consulting, then in academic research at HSLU's Applied AI Center. There I focused on applied ML and NLP, taught MLOps, and contributed to the Swiss AI Jobs Report 2025, which analyzes Switzerland's rapidly evolving AI job market. Today, I work in the healthcare and insurance domain, combining industry experience with research-driven methods.
Based in Baar in the canton of Zug - centrally located for businesses in Zug, Cham, Steinhausen, Rotkreuz, and the Ägeri region. My background spans life sciences, enterprise software, digital transformation, academic research, and healthcare - giving me a broad understanding of how AI creates value across industries. Beyond work, I serve as an exam expert in my field, and in my free time you'll find me in sports halls or out in nature.
